Addressable & Parsey Partnership

Addressable has been hard at work to bridge the divide between scalable programmatic communication, and meaningful physical interaction. We’re excited to announce our partnership with Parsey - their platform allows business operators to both connect and process data between two or more platforms with zero programming background!

Parsey & Addressable

Parsey quickly creates connections between the tools that drive your business, all without a tech team.

For example, a business could use Parsey to capture the details of a purchase from Stripe then extract the name of the customer and their email address, issue a coupon for a future purchase, and send them an email thanking them for their business. It goes above and beyond other visual integration services in that Parsey allows for logic and mutations of data.

Not only could Parsey extract the name and contact details of a customer from a Stripe transaction, the platform could also extract a list of items purchased, find the most expensive item, and insert a photo of the product in an email.

With the partnership between our two platforms, Addressable handwritten notes can be sent automatically with dynamic content from any of your other tools and databases!

Programmatic Handwritten Mail

Parsey enables a few strategies for starting a workflow, namely email and webhooks – meaning the root action that triggers sending an email can either be an end user sending an email or a third party platform sending an API request. For example, consider a scenario where a customer has a closed support ticket on your CSM platform, and you wish to send them a handwritten note to thank them for their business. This could trigger a Parsey workflow by sending an API request to a webhook URL which can be setup relatively easily with the Parsey Webhook documentation.

Connecting Addressable and Parsey is as straightforward as signing up for an Addressable account and bringing your API key over to Parsey. Our friends over at Parsey have written up a great step-by-step on how to do this.
